He graduated from Stuyvesant High School and attended Fordham University. He served in the U.S. Army prior to his career at IBM, where he retired as a Department Manager. Currently he is a Legislative Aide in the Town of Wappinger. Joe has extensive experience as a public servant. He was a Town of Wappinger Councilman for three terms. For the past twelve years, Joe has served on the Wappingers Board of Education. As a fiscal watch-dog for the taxpayers, he has been instrumental in minimizing the tax burden while providing the proper attention to the students. Joe has been a local resident for 47 years. He and his wife raised four children in the area and now have five grandchildren.
