Stephan was born and raised in Poughkeepsie. He is an attorney that specializes in elder law. As the Town Councilman for the 5th Ward since 2001, his focus has been on ensuring honesty, integrity and professionalism in town government. Encouraging smart growth and improving the quality of life, especially for our youth and seniors, have been priorities and he hopes to continue to serve his constituents.
