County Executive Molinaro to present 2012 State of the County Address Tuesday, February 7th at Beacon High School Dutchess County Executive Marcus J. Molinaro will present his first State of the County Address on Tuesday, February 7th at 5 pm at Beacon High School. In his address, he will outline his administration’s plans for fiscal stability and shared prosperity going forward. The 2012 State of the County Address event is open to the public and all are welcome and invited to attend.
